At OFS Portal’s Annual Member meeting, Maria Claudia Borras, Jacqueline Knight, and Paul Krueger were elected to its board of managers. OFS Portal is a global member-based group that works to advance eCommerce in the upstream oil and gas industry. The board of managers directs and oversees the strategies, policies and affairs of the Company.

Maria Claudia Borras was named Vice President, Global Marketing, for Baker Hughes on May 4, 2009. Ms. Borras joined Baker Hughes in 1994 and over the course of her career has leveraged her broad expertise in marketing, operations and engineering to drive Baker Hughes' growth. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Ms. Borras worked for Petrobras, Occidental de Colombia and Esso Colombia as a petroleum engineer. She holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from America University in Colombia, a finance degree from Andes University in Colombia and an executive certificate in international marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Jacqueline Knight is IT Director, Application Services for Halliburton. With more than 25 years’ experience in the Oilfield Services/Construction industries, Jacqueline Knight leads one of Halliburton’s largest groups in Information Technology. She is responsible for the global delivery and support of SAP, Engineering and Wellsite systems. Ms. Knight started her career in the UK implementing and supporting engineering and business systems including eCommerce solutions around order-to-cash and supply chain. She has been with Halliburton for the last 15 years and brings a wealth of business knowledge and application experience to her position.
Paul Krueger is CIO, Global ERP Systems, GE Oil & Gas. Paul joined VetcoGray, a GE Oil and Gas business, in 1997 while it was part of ABB's Oil and Gas Division and was promoted to Vice President of Information Systems of the ABB Oil and Gas Division in 1998. He became the CIO of Vetco International when it was divested from ABB in July, 2004. Prior to joining VetcoGray Paul held various IS management positions for AlliedSignal and TRW. Paul has a Master's Degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
