Malissa D. Boudreaux has joined the board of managers of OFS Portal, a global member-based group that works to advance eCommerce in the upstream oil and gas industry. Ms. Boudreaux is the Global Commercial Manager for Baker Hughes with responsibility for optimizing Tender, Contract and Price Management performance across all product lines and around the globe. Ms. Boudreaux has been with Baker Hughes for 7 years in progressive roles spanning Global Operations, Sales and Marketing conducting business in North America, Latin America, Africa, Europe, Russia, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, she worked for Lyondell-CITGO Refining, one of the largest refiners of heavy crude oil, where she held Strategic Evaluations and Marketing positions. With more than 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry spanning both upstream and downstream sectors, Ms. Boudreaux brings an array of experience, knowledge and perspective to address the challenges and leverage the opportunities impacting our industry in the future. Ms. Boudreaux holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Houston.
