Q – I don’t
have a username and password, what do I need to do?
A – Click on the Login link at the top right of the home
page. If you are registering for the Resource Library, click the link on
the right side. Fill out all of the mandatory fields (marked with a *),
then click Submit. You will receive an email with a temporary password sent to
your email address, which you can use on the login page, and then you will be
asked to change it to a password of your choosing. Once registered for the
Resource Library, you will be able to return, login and download any
content available at any time.
If you are an employee of an OFS Portal Member, please
register using your corporate email address, rather than a non-corporate one,
and you will be granted access to additional content after your credentials have
been verified. When confirmed, you will receive an email with a temporary
password sent to your email address, which you can use on the login page. You
will be asked to change it to a password of your choosing. Once registered, you
will be able to return, login and have access to the Member area content and
download from the Resource Library.
Q – I have
forgotten my password.
A – Click on the Login link, enter your user ID (your email
address) then click on the Reset Password link. A new temporary
password will be generated and emailed to you, which you can use to login to
the site, where you will be asked to set a permanent password.
Q – I am an
employee of one of the member companies and I have registered with the site.
Other members of my company that also have logins have access to more content
than I. Why is this?
A – Part of the approval process involves a check with the
corporate contact of your company. Upon their approval, access is granted to
additional content. Your current registration may be only for the Resource
Library, which would not also include the Member area. Please contact us to
confirm your request for access.
Q – I am
trying to access the system to utilize the Catalog Manager, where is it found?
A – The catalog functionality is now accessed at http://catalog.ofs-portal.com and
requires a separate login and security for authorized users. Contact us using
the contact information above if you require such access.
